Q1 - What time will the cocktail machine be delivered?

Delivery wiil usually be before 1.00pm on the day depending on how busy we get, however will will call on the day to give you a more accurate time.

Q2- How do I pay?

Payment is COD on the day or you can electronically transfer funds online.
Credit card facilities are not available.

Q3 - How long does the machine take to freeze up.?

Allow 2 hours for the machine to freeze the product.

Q4 - What do I need to provide for the machine?

You will need a solid table or counter top and access to a power point. No glass or plastic tables as they will not support the weight.You will also need to provide the alcohol for the cocktail.

Q5 - Can we use our own products in the machine?

Use only the syrups we provide together with the correct quantity of alcohol. This will ensure the correct operation of the machine and avoid any malfunction.

Q6 - Can we make non alcoholic cocktails?

Yes, just leave the alcohol out and replace with same quantity of water.

Q7 - How strong are the cocktails?

When made as per instructions the cocktails are 6% alcohol by volume. As a comparison, full strength beer is 5% and champagne is 12%

Q8 - What happens if the machine has a problem?

If the machine malfunctions for any reason, call us. In most cases we can trouble shoot over the phone and in the event we cant correct the fault, we would swap the machine and get you going again. Please note that if something goes wrong very late into your function, this may not be possible.

Q9 - What is included in hire?

Delivery and pickup and one bottle of cocktail syrup per bowl is included within metro area. If you live outside the metro area, an additional charge will apply so please advise the suburb at the time of enquiry.

Q10 - What if I need to make up more cocktails?

We provide additional syrup and you only pay for what you use. Additional bottles are $20.00 each.

Q11 - Will I have to wait a long time for the next batch to be ready?

The secret to keeping up with demand at a busy party is to make up a cold premix. We provide you with a bucket and instructions on how to do this on the day. Before you run out of a particular flavour, start adding a little at a time into the bowl and the machine will refreeze the product ready to serve.

Q12 - My party is at a hall, can you collect the machine the same evening?

We understand that sometimes you need to be out of some venues the same evening so same day collection is available.

Q13 - Do you supply glasses/cups/straws etc

Cups and straws are included in standard hire and combo deals (excludes special promotions)

Q14 - Do you cater for kids parties.

Yes we do. Refer to the bottom of the cocktail page for flavours.
